The WebShop is open 24 /7.  Deliveries go out Monday to Friday with exceptions for Bank/Public holidays in Denmark.

Denmark and Sweden – We ship with the POST NORD.  You will receive a notification by e-mail or text message, depending on your choice, when your package is ready to be picked up.

If your order is for delivery to a destination outside of the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. It is your responsibility to pay any such duties and taxes. Any such duties and taxes may vary in different territories. We are unable to advise you in relation to any import duties and taxes and we recommend you contact the local customs office at the delivery destination in this respect.

Denmark and Sweden:  Packages not collected or received within 14 days from arrival will be sent back to us.  In such case you will be charged a fee of min. DKK 200,-  to cover our administrative, handling and shipping costs (actual).   If you want to have your package sent again we will charge you for the shipping cost.

BROMFIELD can not be heldliable for damages or delays caused by Post Nord or other transportation services.


If you change your mind or for any other reason you decide you do not want to receive the goods, you have a legal right to cancel  at any time from the date you receive the Order Confirmation until the end of the fourteenth calender day after the day you receive the goods from us.

This cancellation right does not apply to any goods which are made-to-measure, custom-made or personalised for you.

You will receive a full refund for the item, excluding shipping charges, within 14 business days from the time we received the item. As soon as we have received the return we will contact you by e-mail.

Your refund of the products will be credited to the original bank account you transferred the payment from.

You are only allowed to return an item purchased from the BROMFIELD.EU-website if it is in perfect condition. This means that the item is new, unused and has its price tag and labels fully intact. The original packaging shall also be returned. BROMFIELD.EU does not accept returns if an item is used, dirty, washed or damaged in any other way. If an item is returned and is damaged in any way the item will be returned to the customer.
