Through placing an order you accept these terms and conditions as well as our Privacy Policy & Security.

We have made every effort to provide accurate information on the BROMFIELD.EU-website. However, information, prices. texts, images, graphics and other material may contain errors, be incomplete or incorrect. In such events, we cannot be held liable for damages resulting hereof.

The BROMFIELD.EU is operated by Snekkegaard. Throughout the site, the terms “BROMFIELD” “we”, “us” and “our” refer to BROMFIELD.EU. Snekkegaard, a company registered in Denmark, at Humlebækvej 58, DK-3480 Denmark.

ORDER AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT
Products are ordered at www.bromfield.eu or through your dealer. Binding agreement for the purchase of products is concluded when you get confirmation and payment-information to the e-mail address you have stated. Through placing an order you accept these terms and conditions.
BROMFIELD.EU will only sell product to customers below the age of 18 with the consent of their parent or legal guardian.
PRICES, FEES AND PAYMENT
Prices at the BROMFIELD.EU-website are displayed in DKK. Prices include 25% VAT. Costs for shipping will be added.We accept the following payment method:
Direct Bank Transfer
according to the confirmation of order sent by BROMFIELD.EU
Despite our best efforts some products may be incorrectly priced. We will usually verify the price of any goods as part of our confirmation and if the price of the goods:
– is lower than the price stated on the BROMFIELD.EU-website, we will charge this lower amount to you when dispatching the order to you or
– is higher than the price stated on the BROMFIELD.EU-website, we will contact you by phone or notify you by email.
We are under no obligation to provide goods to you at an incorrect lower price
TERMS OF DELIVERY
The WebShop is open 24 /7. Deliveries go out Monday to Friday with exceptions for Bank/Public holidays in Denmark.
BROMFIELD.EU ships worldwide.
Denmark and Sweden – We ship with the POST NORD. You will receive a notification by e-mail or text message, depending on your choice, when your package is ready to be picked up.
If your order is for delivery to a destination outside of the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. It is your responsibility to pay any such duties and taxes. Any such duties and taxes may vary in different territories. We are unable to advise you in relation to any import duties and taxes and we recommend you contact the local customs office at the delivery destination in this respect.
Denmark and Sweden: Packages not collected or received within 14 days from arrival will be sent back to us. In such case you will be charged a fee of min. DKK 200,- to cover our administrative, handling and shipping costs (actual). If you want to have your package sent again we will charge you for the shipping cost.
BROMFIELD can not be heldliable for damages or delays caused by Post Nord or other transportation services.
RETURN POLICY
If you change your mind or for any other reason you decide you do not want to receive the goods, you have a legal right to cancel at any time from the date you receive the Order Confirmation until the end of the fourteenth calender day after the day you receive the goods from us.
This cancellation right does not apply to any goods which are made-to-measure, custom-made or personalised for you.
You will receive a full refund for the item, excluding shipping charges, within 14 business days from the time we received the item. As soon as we have received the return we will contact you by e-mail.
Your refund of the products will be credited to the original bank account you transferred the payment from.
You are only allowed to return an item purchased from the BROMFIELD.EU-website if it is in perfect condition. This means that the item is new, unused and has its price tag and labels fully intact. The original packaging shall also be returned. BROMFIELD.EU does not accept returns if an item is used, dirty, washed or damaged in any other way. If an item is returned and is damaged in any way the item will be returned to the customer.
GUARANTEE
BROMFIELD.EU takes great pride in the material and design. Our leathers are of the finest quality and handpicked at the best tanneries in Europe. The products are handmade in Spain by skilled craftsmen. We use solid brass in buckles etc.
We seek to use only the finest materials and the highest manufacturing standards and strive to make sure every item we sell is perfect. BROMFIELD.EU-products are warranted for 2 years from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in material and craftmanship.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
When we ship your BROMFIELD.EU-order, we do our best to make sure the products are in perfect condition. However, in case you receive a damaged or defect product, please contact us at sales@bromfield.eu. In the unlikely event that a product does not match up to our high standards we will try our hardest to address the problem.
Our products carry a 24-month guarantee. If within this period you find fault relating to material or craftsmanship, we offer a repair or replacement service at no extra cost to you. Please contact us by sales@bromfield.eu. We offer a repair-service for our products. If a repair is possible, any work will be carried out free of charge if the product is still in the guarantee period. Please note that any claim requires that you have not used the item inappropriately and that the item is not defect due to your conduct. You will receive a new item, a discount or a full refund for the item and all shipping costs.
FORCE MAJEURE
BROMFIELD.EU shall be excused from the performance or punctual performance of any of its obligations under these terms and conditions if such performances are prevented, restricted or interfered with for any reason beyond the reasonable control of BROMFIELD.EU, including but not limited to, earthquake, flood, fire, explosion, strike or other casualty or accident (“Force Majeure”).
PERSONAL DATA
In providing your personal details you consent to us using the data collected in order to meet our commitments to you and provide the service you expect. This will include processing of orders for shipping, text message notification of delivery status and managing your account. We never pass on/sell/swap your data to/with third parties for marketing outside BROMFIELD.EU.
You have the right to contact us to find out what personal data is held about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant you can request that the data is corrected or deleted.

GOVERNING LAW
Without limiting your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country, these terms and conditions as well as all disputes or claims arising hereof and of using the website or shopping in the BROMFIELD.EU-website shall be governed by the laws of Denmark.
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions, or the breach or invalidity thereof shall be determined by the Danish courts.
